I recently purchased a small picnic bench squirrel feeder, and it has quickly become a delightful addition to our backyard. The squirrels absolutely love the little table, often seen enjoying their snacks while perched on the bench. The feeder includes a bowl that I need to wash out every morning, but it’s a small price to pay for the entertainment it provides. One of the best aspects of this feeder is how much joy it brings to my family. Our cat loves watching the squirrels through the glass door, spending hours fascinated by their antics. My wife, who has MS, enjoys watching the live feed from the camera set up to monitor the feeder. It puts a smile on her face and provides a wonderful way for her to connect with nature from inside the house. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The wood does not seem to be treated, and after just a week of rain, it has started showing signs of wear. This is a bit disappointing, as I was hoping it would be more durable and weather-resistant.
